Isabel spent the 2024 spring season as New York City Center Encores! Directing Fellow. She served on the directing team for the following:
          "TITANIC" dir. by Anne Kauffman. Choreographed by Danny Mefford and Music Direction by Rob Berman. (starring Ramin Karimloo, Judy Kuhn, Chip Zien, and Bonnie Milligan)
        "ONCE UPON A MATTRESS" dir. by Lear deBessonet. Choreographed by Lorin Latarro and Musical Direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. (starring Sutton Foster and Michael Urie)
        "JELLY'S LAST JAM" dir. by Robert O'Hara. Choreographed by Edgar Godineaux, tap choreography by Dormeshia, and Musical Direction by Jason Michael Webb.
